We Do This
Engage identifies the drivers and barriers to change, allowing the psychologist and non-psychologist to work safely with psychological constructs that underpin behaviour change. This provides powerful insights into self-limiting beliefs, strengths, and blind spots, offering the coach a structured framework to use with individuals, teams, and organisations
Dr Jodi O’Dell
Jodi is the founder and driving force behind Engage. She is an occupational psychologist and executive coach with a PhD in Coaching Psychology, who for over 20 years has dedicated her career to helping people thrive and be the best version of themselves. As a leading expert in coaching, she has worked globally with blue chip clients. She combines this wealth of experience and passion for human development with the scientific rigour of evidence-based research which underpins the Engage toolset.
Dr Rob Kemp
Rob is Chief Executive Officer, and an experienced user of Engage within organisations. He is a Doctor of Coaching and Mentoring (Oxford Brookes, 2021) having first qualified as a coach in 2005 (CIPD / ILM / OSCM) and progressed through an MSc in Coaching (Sheffield Hallam, 2013), multiple coaching supervision programmes and various commercial and learning lead roles. Becoming accredited in 2018, Rob has used Engage in multiple scenarios and in large-scale coaching schemes. Case studies of the impact of this work demonstrate the value of Engage in real-life scenarios and the tangible benefits of implementing the toolset (both qualitatively and quantitatively). Having seen the impact of implementing Engage across time and contexts, it was an easy decision to join Engage Coach to bring these benefits to a wider audience.
